Our office phones are answered 24 hours a day. They are answered by our staff from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. We have an answering service for the hours the office is closed. Always call (812) 923-6200 regardless of the time of day. If you have a question that can wait until the office is open, we ask that you call weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

We offer appointments Monday – Friday from 8:00-5:00. We also offer ultrasound appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm. Please call (812) 923-6200 to schedule your appointment. 

Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to each appointment. We offer same day appointments for our established patients who call us with urgent needs.

After Office Hours

When reaching our answering service - (812) 923-6200, you should hear from a physician within 30 minutes. Please call back if you have not heard from a provider within 30 minutes. Please disable any call block or caller ID function on your phone and have your pharmacy number available.
