Laboratory services are provided by Quest diagnostics. We will draw your blood in our office. You will be notified by phone if your lab work is normal. Otherwise you will be contacted by your physician or her assistant by phone. Please call our office at (812) 923-6200 if you have not received your lab test results within two weeks.
